  • Important note: always add a small ‘s’ in front of your student number.

  • Are you certain that your log-in details are correct? Change the language on the log-in page of uSis, for example from Dutch to English, then try again.

  • To request a new password or for other account problems please visit the ISSC website.

I can log into uSis but can’t see anything (no menu bar).

Follow the Online Instruction uSis (english) or consult the pdf document at the bottom of this page.

I do not know if I have successfully enroled for a study activity in uSis.

Once you have successfully enroled for a study activity you will receive a confirmation email with your unique enrolment number. The study activity will also appear in Student Centre, under ‘My Class Schedule’.

  • Have you received the confirmation email, but the study activity is not shown in your Class Schedule? Then contact your Education Administration Department and mention the number of the confirmation email.

  • If you have not received a confirmation email you have probably not completed all the steps for enrolment and the study activity is probably still in your shopping trolley. Go to your shopping trolley and complete your enrolment.

I am not able to enrol for a study activity in uSis.

Always check the message that appears under the i-icon on the left! An explanation of the enrolment status of the study activity is always provided there. See below for the action required for each message.

There is no tick box next to the course I want to select.

  • Address of correspondence: if you have already have a Studielink account, please use this account to change this address.

I want to request my diploma via uSis; how do I do that?

First contact the Education Administration Department of your study programme for further information about how to request your Diploma.  In some cases, you do not have to submit a request for a diploma yourself.

Check the online Instruction uSis (in English).

Some of my grades are not mentioned in my study requirements or are incorrect.

  • If it concerns a grade for a course that is not part of the curriculum of your degree programme (i.e. elective outside your department, an extra-curricular course, course taken at another institution), you need to submit a petition in order to have this grade and course listed in your study requirements. For more information, visit the website for assistance with petition requests.

  • If you have already submitted a petition or it concerns a grade for a course that is part of the curriculum of your degree programme,  please contact the Education Administration Department of your study programme.

I have a question about petitions.

Please consult our website for assistance with petition requests.

On my uSis start page it states that I am not enroled for study activities. However I have already enroled for study activities and am unable to enrol again.

  • The uSis homepage only shows the study activities of the current calendar week.  If you are enroled only for exams that will take place later in the semester/academic year, or for activities that have not yet started, then you will not find those on your uSis homepage.

  • In “My Course Schedule” you can check for which study activities you are enroled.  If you are enroled for an activity, you cannot enrol again.  Should you have any doubts about your enrolment, the information on “My Course Schedule” is final.

My weekly schedule does not show anything, even though I am enroled for study activities.

Check “On my uSis start page it states that I am not registered for study activities. However I have already registered myself for study activities and am unable to register myself again.”
