The large majority of the members of the Institute of Political Science are also members of the Research School Netherlands Institute of Government (NOB/NIG). NIG is an interuniversitary cooperation between nine universities: Erasmus University Rotterdam, University of Leiden, University of Twente, University of Utrecht, Free University of Amsterdam, Radboud University of Nijmegen, Technical University of Delft, University of Tilburg and University of Maastricht. NIG represents the researchers and institutes in the fields of public administration and political science of these universities.
