Research Committee

The task of the Research Committee is to monitor, evaluate and promote the Institute’s research, to track developments in the field of research funding and inform staff members about them.

Tasks

The task of the Research Committee is to monitor, evaluate and promote the Institute’s research, to track developments in the field of research funding and inform staff members about them. To stimulate staff to submit research proposals, to support staff in improving the quality of proposals, and to support collaborations within and outside the Institute that promise significant advances in the quality, funding and wider recognition of the Institute’s research. In delegating tasks and authority in the field of research to staff members, it also aims to ensure that the Institute’s research is a collectively supported endeavor.


Members

Established in 2007, the Research Committee is chaired by the Director of Research three additional staff members and a Phd student.
